Zhoushan Dinghai Jinhua Plastic Machinery Factory specializes in manufacturing and researching various plastic molding machines, food machines and feeding machines.

Jinhua has subsidiaries in Guangzhou, Nanjing, Zhoushan, Ningbo and Zhangjiagang, and has formed seven series products. They mainly are plastic extrusion machines, plastic injection molding machines, rubber extrusion machines, rubber injection molding machines, chemical fiber machines, barrels, screws and gearboxes. Our products are sold all over the country (including HK, Macao and Taiwan area), totally 34 provinces, cities and autonomous regions; also exported to 60 countries and areas in Europe, Asia, America, Australia and Africa, including developed countries of Germany, America, Japan, Australia and Canada. Each subsidiary has 32 technical engineers, specializing in product research and development. 18 engineers have senior titles.

We have complete machining production line and more than 300 sets of domestic & foreign advanced metal processing equipment, including 108 sets of precise, big, scarce, and key equipment and 50 sets of digit control machines. We also introduce full automatic plasma welding machine, bi-metal finishing stove, computer-controlled nitriding furnace and multifunctional even temperature quench furnace from Japan, Korea and Taiwan area. We are equipped with distributed control system, focusing on monitoring and managing computer systems which can monitor distributed remote monitoring system of the equipment running in the workshop. At the same time, there are Lowe's sclerometer, E-show portable measuring Vickers sclerometer, nitride layer depth & nitride layer characteristics measuring instrument for testing metallography, hardness, torque, tension, straightness accuracy & roughness.
